Research Compendium

This is just the beginning of what will become an extensive Research Compendium that will link current research to the work of Collective Roots and its 4 core program areas:

  1. Garden Based Learning
  2. Youth Development
  3. Food System Change
  4. Environmental Action

We would also like to host articles and research about the communities we serve, such as East Palo Alto.

If you are interested in volunteering to support this effort, and becoming a *"Virtual Researcher," then please contact Wolfram Alderson, Executive Director, by clicking here.

Making this research more readily available to students and teachers accelerates the learning process and helps Collective Roots make a stronger case for its work.

*A "Virtual Researcher" is simply someone who volunteers their time using any computer in the world that has access to the internet. This website is a "content management system" that allows volunteers to log on and create content on their own time, using their own computer.
