Stanford School of Medicine Office of Community Health Honors Collective Roots with Outsanding Community Partner Award
Stanford University and the School of Medicine value their partnerships with community organizations. The Office of Community Health (OCH) is dedicated to collaborating with partners to identify how Stanford's various academic programs and resources may support their organization's needs. The OCH works to strengthen Stanford-community partnerships by serving as a centralized resource to facilitate communication between students, faculty, and community partners regarding collaborative community health projects.
Collective Roots was honored with the Outstanding Community Partner Award on October 22, 2008.

Collective Roots is deeply honored to receive this acknowledgement as a community partner. We are blessed to receive the support and involvement of the Population Health students who have supported our work since 2006.
