Worm Composting (Vermiculture) Project

Collective Roots employs hundreds of worms to recycle green waste produced on school sites where our gardens exist. The worms do an efficient job in producing some of the most fertile soil available for food production, and provide wonderful teaching opportunities for our garden based instruction that links to life science curriculum.
