March 17, 2012: Garden Work Day

 Please join us at the EPACS garden for a morning of garden tasks!  We'll be weeding, mulching, tending to the chickens, planting seeds and other garden tasks.   Please dress in layers and closed-toed shoes and apply sunscreen.

MORE INFORMATION: Our monthly workdays are usually held on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 9 AM -12 PM (unless otherwise noted.) Please call or email  us in advance to confirm date, time, and location.

These events allow Collective Roots to keep our school gardens in good shape and provide opportunities for larger scale projects to be accomplished. Teams of participants are provided with projects that are completed in one half day. Volunteers come from the schools we serve, East Palo Alto community, and surrounding communities.
